The Only Thing We Can Put "Made in America" On

A couple of weeks ago I needed to buy a new drill because I had a lot of home projects that needed to take care of and like a moron, I announced to my family that I was going to buy a drill made in America.  So, I went down to my local Mega - Corporation hardware store to see if I could buy an American made drill.

Finding an American Made Product, No Easy Task!

I picked up a Black & Decker which I already figured was made in China, and checked just to see if there was any possibility that a part of it was made here.  After checking that, I quickly moved on to drills that I thought might be made in the U.S. or at least assembled here. Well, I knew B&D was made in China, but a man can dream can't he? I quickly picked up a  Milwaukee drill, because after all, how can you get a more American than a name like that, right? Made in China.   Mankita -  Made in China, Dewalt - Made in China, Panasonic - China, Ryobi - China.  I finally picked up a Bosch in a vain last gasp of hope thinking and praying that one of the drills were at least made in Europe. Bosch - Made in China.

America Versus Iran?  How About America Versus China!

 Well, I don't know where you get your news from Mr. and Mrs. America, but if you currently watch any of the mainstream media outlets, you won't hear any of what I'm about to tell you...Yet!  As you may have heard, America is currently pursuing a policy of placing sanctions on Iran in an effort to get them to back down on producing nukes of their own.  As a matter of fact, it looks like if those sanctions don't work, America is planning a joint military action on Iran, in another wonderful Middle East war to add to the collection of other wars America is involved in.

How did Americans ever figure that China wasn't going to "eat our lunch" someday?  We have been training the Chinese within our own country and allowing them to see all of our best military facilities!!  When I went to the University of North Dakota, I noticed that they had a lot of Chinese students there.  When I asked a University professor what they were there for, I was promptly told that they were attending the university's aviation school there.  As a matter of fact, much like the terrorists that attacked New York on 911, these students were granted U.S. federal funding to go to school and become our adversaries!

The Only Thing  That The U.S. Can Manufacture

I guess, on a world scale, the United States of America can proudly hold its head up and proclaim that it has produced a world class product - China.  Over the last 30 or so years, we have produced their prosperity, their military, and their strategic preeminence through out the world.  You could also say, they couldn't have done it without us.   George H.W. (Mr. New World Order) Bush gave the Chinese some advanced computers when he was in office and his good buddy Billy-Bob Clinton gave them a super computer.  Yeah, we handed them technology on a grand scale, and now they have reached the end of  their use for us.

We have created China's prosperity, their military and a It looks like we have orchestrated our own demise. So, when we go to sleep each night, and consider our collective labors, Americans can at least be proud that we produced a waking dragon that will eventually thank us for our overwhelming kindness and stupidity by eating our flesh.

Do You Know All of the Laws of The Land? Know the Answer Slaves!!!

You often hear the phrase from morons and idiots, "Ignorance of the Law is Know Excuse!" and those are usually the people that probably break more of them than you would care to know.  That is not an unfounded statement.  Since the year 2000, the congress has added an extra 452 laws that they deem to be criminal.

If you were to add all of the state laws, federal laws, tax laws etc. you would have a very large number.  I say that because know body knows the exact number of laws there are. As a matter of fact, on the federal level, there are an estimated 4,452 laws. So my answer to the statement "Ignorance of the Law is No Excuse!" is: "Well, since you are not ignorant of the law, Sir or Madam, how many laws are there? "  I would probably follow that up with "Well, since you don't know that number, Sir or Madam, how many categories of laws are there?"  and you could easily follow that up with, "I thought you said ignorance of the law is no excuse? Aren't you ignorant of it?  You don't even know how many laws there are probably much less what they say or mean."

But we are slaves in America today and the government knows it and loves it.  They know that they can take our lives, homes and anything else they so desire in a moments notice.

It is so sad to see what we have become.  In practically one generation, we have gone from a noble freedom loving country to a hypnotically addicted pack of whiners, whose only response to an obviously oppressive government is "What can I do???  I don't have the time to get involved!!!"

Can the United States Government Become Abusive?

If resources ever get tight in America, you could expect that the government will take massive action to seize whatever resources they can to preserve the ultra-wealthy and privileged in America. As a matter of fact, I would say that the government would have a much easier time slapping down law-abiding citizens that just want to go to work and come home to their families every day, rather than criminals. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this is the way it has been in America for quite some time now. Slowly but surely, the underworld has become the over-world and you don't have to look very far across one of our borders to see that happen.

For example, in Mexico, the people of that country are not allowed to own guns to protect themselves but the criminals have all the guns they want. They have bought out the politicians, with either money or threats in the people of that country know who is in charge.  Drug lords and gangs are so powerful that they actually get their own burial places where people come and lay flowers on their graves. They are considered to be something to aspire to be, since they are at the top of the food chain.  As a matter of fact, many of the drug lords that are the most famous in that country, actually get small icons of themselves made in small shops that sell them just like you would put the Virgin Mary on your dashboard if you were Catholic.

Back in the 1970s, when I was a kid there was a Mafia person in my neighborhood that just about killed four or five neighbors.  One of the neighbors he hated the worst was a policeman, and he constantly threatened this man with guns and violence.  The policeman was just as helpless as the rest of us, because the law protects criminals and the police even know it.

Currently, in the state of Kentucky, people that steal copper wiring out of just about everything they can get their hands on so they can buy illegal drugs, are running rampant. When they are caught ripping out somebody's heater or air conditioner from their homes, they get a two-year probationary period and they are back on the streets again the next day. I know of one man that sells trailers and every single one of the mobile home units that he sells has had the heating and cooling units ripped right out from under the new trailers.

As a matter of fact, he has caught the individuals, and they were back on the streets the next day. Now, they sit across the street from his place of business and wait to see when the new trailers are arriving, so they can rip them off the next night.

However, if the common citizen who worked hard and paid their taxes all their lives went out and did the same act, they would probably get slapped in jail for 10 years. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, the federal government had no problem with going in and confiscating all of the innocent people's guns so they could not even protect themselves or their property.  Authorities went door-to-door, in some cases brutalizing and threatening old people, while taking guns away from everybody they could.

Of course, criminals are not going to give up their guns and try to treat the law with respect.  But even if the law is telling you to turn over your guns they are jumping over your second amendment rights to own a gun. The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land, as stated in amendment six. Therefore, you can't just create laws and rules around that, because it is a part of our Bill of Rights.  As a matter of fact, our second amendment in the Constitution quite implicitly states:

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

So, based on what I have just told you, you can see that the government has broken the law. We no longer have a nation that follows the supreme law of the land, therefore, we don't have much of a nation to begin with. In countries such as Russia, and even North Korea, the government has a constitution very similar  to ours, however it is just a facade that nobody in government would dare to follow because they would lose all of their power. It is just there to make themselves feel better, but what good is a Constitution if nobody follows it?

Based on the evidence, that is where we are at in the United States today. I get a lot of criticism that this is a sort of negative blog; I guess it doesn't help that the title of it is "Doomed Republic".  Actually, I feel very fortunate to live in America for the last 55 years.  Unlike most of the current world, God has had the kindness of placing me into the freest country that the planet has ever seen.  If I had been born one generation earlier in America, I would have probably been seen the Great Depression, and been involved in WWII.  So, considering the time and place that I have been blessed to live in, I would say that I really have no complaints.  I have never gone hungry, had the lack of employment or been told that I could not pursue happiness.  Thanks to America, I have had the opportunity to become a professional musician and literally play all over the world.  I have had businesses, acquire my Masters degree, and own several houses.  In most countries around the world, this type of life would be a fantasy.  So, once again, thank you God for blessing me.

Our Government Was Never Designed to Take Care of Itself

Now that I am heading toward the later period of my life, I want to do the right thing and give something back to society.  I can easily see that all of these freedoms that we enjoy in America will soon be gone. You see, our government was never designed to take care of itself.  It was created in a manner that gave responsibility to the people that it was created for to maintain.  Our forefathers were not "recliner whiners" that watched 200 channels of television and felt that if they watched FOX News or CNN they were taking part in our government.   These were people that suffered under the boot of tyranny, and when they finally won their freedom after a bloody revolution which they almost lost, knew that they had to guard and defend it passionately.  That is not to say that they trusted the people in power, fore they knew that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Even after our beloved Constitution was drafted and sent out for all of the new states to read and debate, many freedom loving Americans didn't trust it because they felt it gave too much power to a centralized government. Many Americans felt an extreme distrust and disdain for the Congress and Senate, and some people even felt the Presidency was too much like a monarchy.

So, keeping a wary eye on our elected officials is very American.  It is the way we keep our elected officials accountable and ensure that we remain a free republic.  If you are even mildly aware of what is going on in America today, you will come to the obvious conclusion that something is going very wrong.  We are  not in Mayberry anymore,  Toto, and John Wayne is really dead. The falcon cannot hear the falconer and Americans need to wake up and face reality.  The people in power have been seduced and they do not care one wit about our republic or its people.  It doesn't matter which party or President that is in power, you are not on their "A" list.  Currently, we have an administration in Washington  that is more concerned with rescuing the extreme rich while claiming to be a party of the people.  On the other hand, you have the Republican party that claims to be conservative while attempting to dump another load of taxes on us.  Do we really have a choice in America, or are we just fooling ourselves?

A Noble People Deserve a Noble Government

We can't just blame politicians either. If you think for one second that a drug and alcohol induced, sports and sex fascinated, Godless country is going to remain free, you better think again.  When people have no moral base, it is going to be dog - eat - dog out here in America and whatever sort of government that we have will be gone along with all of our creature comforts.  When the Dark Ages hit Europe and the roman Empire fell it was the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.  Conquest struck the roman empire, then all sorts of wars ravaged the countryside as well  as famine and death (disease).  Each event feeding on the other.

Don't think it can't happen here.  Everyday the U.S. Dollar is getting trashed by an unseen hand called the Federal Reserve.  When China or some other government finally tells us that our money is no good and they will not accept it, chances are that the people that sell us oil won't want it either.  When that happens, God help us!  Food won't be delivered to Walmart, and police won't show up on your street to protect you.  The bad part about this is that it is being done by design.  It is really no mistake, these international banking entities are deliberately moving us toward a totalitarian world government, and Americans had better wake up to that fact.

Your life depends on two things right now.  One, you need to know what is going wrong.  If your car started acting strange, you would take the first step and try to find out what is wrong with it.  The next thing you would do is try to fix it. That's what this blog is all about.  Knowing what is wrong so you can fix it.  If you take no action, then you can expect to get the government you deserve.

Are United States Troops Really Going to Leave the Middle East?

President Barack Obama has made good on another campaign promise that he would get troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan during his tenure. I find it very interesting that the timing of the removal of American forces from those areas comes directly before the next presidential election almost one year to the date.

But the question is, will American troops stay out of any wars in the Middle East? I believe that Pres. Obama will win reelection and he will enter into another series of wars in the middle east after the deal is done. I have several reasons for believing this. First of all, you need to take a look at the type of training military troops are currently acquiring. One of the largest military bases for training in desert warfare in the United States is Fort Bliss, Texas. Currently, Fort Bliss, Texas is under massive growth in troop strength and in construction that people are referring to the newly built parts of Fort Bliss as "the second Fort Bliss".

As you probably already know, Fort Bliss is next to El Paso, Texas where there a large desert environment for troops to train in. Why would they not be building up troops to train in mountainous and snowy terrain?  Why aren't they expanding Fort Wainwright or Fort Richardson and Alaska? The answer is obvious, we are expecting more conflict in the Middle East where there are desert environments.

Not only that, but there are true buildups and movements within the Mediterranean region to include Italy, Syria, Egypt and several other countries that are "conveniently located" in the region. Let us not forget that during President Clinton's tenure, he pledged that we would only have troops temporarily in Bosnia but as he was making that pledge, the troops were building permanent encampments there and there are still United States troops stationed in Bosnia.  Let us also not forget that President George Bush, during his reelection, conveniently pulled out troops from Iraq but was quietly placing them in Afghanistan at the same time.

Obama is America's New Dictator! Hail Lord Obama!

Yesterday on Fox News, news pundit Juan Williams admitted to the hosts of the show that President Obama had to override the Congress and Senate and use executive orders to "get anything through the Republican Congress or Senate."  Apparently, Mr. Williams does not understand the intention of executive orders, because he would see that these specific orders are to be used in a time of  national emergency.  A clear example of this in recent history would have been possibly been 911 when America was under attack by terrorist forces.  Executive orders are not to be used as a political tool to ram through more legislation but as an authority in a time of national crisis.

Once you go down the road of using executive orders in this fashion, there is no end to the dictatorial powers a president would have.  Below is a partial list of Presidential Executive Orders that could be invoked by a seated president:

The Loss of All Civil Rights

Basically, Americans under a president using this type of power at will would be in a police state, wherein all civil rights would easily be revoked.  America would enter into a tyranny that it could not easily get out of.  Because most Americans have been so dumbed-down, they don't even know or understand how much blood was shed in the establishment of our federal republic.  They are unaware of how much torture, death and suffering our freedom loving ancestors had to pay fighting a British tyrant.  Now, we have people within our free press calling for the President of the United States to act like King George III and seize total control.

Welcome Back Troops, You Have No Jobs!!!

America is desperately grasping at straws while trying to become a part of a new world government.  While handing over billions and trillions of dollars to just about everyone on the planet, the Congress and Senate are cutting more Americans out of jobs.  Yes, it is OK for Hillary to show up in Libya this week and pledge another 11 million dollars to an unstable government, after all, we already gave them 135 million over the last couple of years.  (Not to mention the billions we gave to Pakistan.)and now we are now going to tell our military men to "take a hike."

Defense Secretary, Leon Panetta today announced that the Pentagon is now going to slash its military budget by 260 billion!  That's right troops, not only will you be out of a job (and by the way, you can forget postal jobs, and any other government jobs, because they are all getting cut and gutted) but you can also get in line behind the millions upon millions of immigrants that are flooding our country for any assistance, because after all, charity begins in foreign lands.

 And let's make no mistake about this, the people that are currently in the Congress and Senate are not on your side, no matter what they tell you in this upcoming election season.  Yeah, Obama isn't the economy President, that's for sure, but neither are the Democrats or the Republicans that are in charge.  Both parties hate your guts behind closed doors and are raking in foreign money to fuel their political machines.  Too hard to believe, let's take a look at the evidence:


If you are from another country, and want food stamps, you don't have to even speak the language and you will have food stamps in your hands within 3 working days.  If you are a veteran, forget it.
If you are from a foreign country in California or Texas (doesn't matter if it's legal or illegal) you get in - state tuition for college.  Everybody else from different states can pay out of state tuition.
If you want to be a teacher in America, come on in the water's fine.  However, if you want to go to most foreign countries and teach, get in the back of the line.
We are handing millions upon millions of dollars to foreign countries every time there is a disaster, yet we barely get assistance from our own government when disaster strikes.

I guess we could go on and on, but why kill a gnat with a bazooka?  If you think our elected officials are for the United States of America and its people, think again.

Today's News Looks Like the Book of Revelation

I swear, sometimes I think I am in a science fiction movie.  Reading and watching today's news is akin to watching the movie The Omen about the introduction of a global government and a charismatic world leader.  Let's just take some recent events.  for example, I don't ever recall a time in my life when about half the countries in the Middle East are leaderless and in some cases in  a state of anarchy.  Currently, Libya, Iraq, are leaderless and Syria is in political upheaval as well as Egypt.  Wouldn't it be interesting to see an unknown leader emerge that could lead all of them at once?

 So,  it comes as no surprise that there are other quickly developing events that are very similar occurring in the world that would leave you to believe we are nearing an end of Biblical proportions.

 Just yesterday, the European Union (EU) bailed Greece out of total financial collapse, even though the Union is totally bankrupt and manufacturing digital money that is not worth the paper it is not written on.  Today the leaders of the EU are asking China for money, but the Chinese who are obviously a little smarter than the rest of the bankrupt world, are sitting back and telling the EU, "We'll take it into consideration."

What's next? It is hard to tell exactly what will happen, but you can almost guarantee that more horrible economic news is on the horizon as the U.S. makes more financial mistakes, like handing out money to the rest of the world while its own economy flounders.  If the U.S totally collapses, then where will the rest of the world get its funding and ammunition?  You only have to look to the Chinese to find that answer.

About 4 Million Preppers are Getting Ready, Are You?

At last count, there are approximately 4 million people that are getting ready for all heck to break loose.  These people are storing up guns, food, and a plethora of other goods in anticipation of our beloved government falling apart of an economic collapse.  Personally, I don't know why anybody would feel this way.  I mean, you have the Congress and the Senate which are a collection of highly seasoned businessmen and women that are feverishly looking out for the good of the American people.  They are four - square for our republic because they are making very sound and sane decisions concerning YOUR future.

For example, people that just got off of the boat in most states can now get in-state tuition in places like California and Texas, while people like you, that have lived in this country and possibly fought in wars protecting our way of life, can get in the back of the line.  You could have fought in the Iraq War, and been a resident of the state of Washington, and decided to go to Cal-Tech and have to pay out of state tuition, while an illegal immigrant could get full in-state tuition.  Gee, isn't that fair?

Also, every Republican front runner wants to raise taxes!  I know we aren't paying enough as it is, and since we are all so affluent, we can easily go out and get in line behind all of those other unemployed persons (both from inside and outside of our country) for a second and third income.  Herman Cain, can't seem to understand that if you add another sales tax on a national level, and still have state sales taxes, that it is ADDING sales taxes to your plight.  Check out this exchange:




Obviously, with such great leadership both in and out of the White House, Americans are feeling safe and secure about their futures.  That's why 4 million Preppers (people that are basically survivalists) are storing up guns, food,water and other tangibles, in order to survive an economic calamity.  It is fairly obvious that the people at the helm have lost their compass, and soon it will be every man, woman and child scrambling for life rafts. 

If you can get some of these provisions ready now, you should.  Everyday, inflation is driving the prices of goods up to more expensive levels, which means that you will need more income to prepare. Take your cue from 4 million preppers that have decided to play it safe.

The Vatican headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, just released an 18 page document entitled "Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority,” stated that economies around the world should have an "ethic of solidarity" and that the standard should be held between rich and poor nations alike.

In this document, the Vatican called upon the United Nations to be the sole authority in the implementation of a "supranational authority" ( The European Union is a supranational authority, so the Vatican is eluding to a global union or some larger overriding authority when it refers to this.) According to this document, time is of the essence, because of the global monetary crisis and the violence it has created across much of the Middle East and Europe.  The document also stated that national sovereignty should be scraped in many countries  as economic policies are replaced by many of these nations.  This would essentially mean that countries around the world would merge their bank accounts in an effort to alleviate any financial pressures or possible wars that may occur, such as in the case of WWI and WWII, just to name a few.

Top Trend Researcher Days "Get Ready for the Worst in 2012, America!"

Most people don't know this, but there is a government program in which you can get a visa to permanently live in the U.S. if you start a business that is investing $500,000 into what is considered as a government designated Regional Center investment visa program.  This program is what is known as EB-5.  Well, in another blind and apparently thoughtless move the U.S. Congress is putting a bill through its paces to pass a similar act, one in which a foreigner could by a $500,000 piece of real estate and get a permanent visa to live in the U.S.

The bill has been introduced by two U.S. Senators and they think it would be a boon to California's foreclosed real estate market and one that the Chinese absolutely love.  You see, it isn't bad enough that there is a huge trade imbalance between the U.S. and China. And while we're at it, it also isn't bad enough that they deliberately devalue the U.S. dollar against their own currency, but now they can use that devalued currency to  buy our own real estate right out from under us!!!

Yes, that's right, the Chinese and just about any other foreigners that have more money than American citizens (which is just about the rest of the world) can use their currency which is currently worth more than our own to buy our lands away from us.

For years I was always concerned that the Chinese were going to start a war with the United States.  After all, they have consolidated a massive military machine within their own borders and even created a James Bond style submarine base built into the side of a mountain in the South China Sea, capable of housing at least 25 nuclear submarines.  I mean, gee, what were they going to do with that, play patty-cake with us?  But why would they need all of that when they have our Congress and Senate in their arsenal? Every time our government officials make a decision of any type, it is almost always in favor of every other country in the world, so I often wonder why the Chinese would even bother building a military machine like that.

It is such a pleasing sight to see people that come to America, from countries that have sucked up our wealth, jobs and now real estate and have absolutely no stake in this country whatsoever get every tax break, benefit and resource that they can. I would also like to point out that they can also leave and go back home whenever things get tough, because they will have dual citizenship and not have to deal with any of the calamities that Americans will have to incur  in the next couple of years.  When the economic junk really hits the fan and we have anarchy in our streets, the Chinese,  or whoever, can smile, jump on their planes and go home.

The rest of us will have to deal with this mess.

Muammar Gaddafi's Death Will Still Not Save America

It is amazing to me how much press coverage this event is getting.  Muammar Gaddafi was apparently  killed by NATO and US backed rebels, ( although, most news reports I watched said they didn't know exactly who these rebels were) and apparently Americans are supposed to take another day off of work (those that are actually employed) and crack open a Bud in celebration.


Well, it is simply not happening.  Even though Obama and his misfits are walking around with their chests stuck out in victory, nobody is applauding.  The reason?  Apparently the Misery Index in the United States is at its highest levels since Jimmy Carter was at the end of his tenure as President in June of 1980.  At that time, the US Misery Index was 21.98 and it is currently at 12.97 and growing daily.  I guess it is kinda - sorta hard to get real excited when you don't have a clue how you are going to feed your family or your job is being placed on the chopping block.

The Cost of Killing a Despot and Let's Buy Our Friends!

One thing we would love to know is how much of the tax payers money did it take to kill Muammar?  I haven't heard the figures yet, but I know that in the case of Osama Bin Laden, it cost the US Tax payers nearly 1.28 trillion!  Just yesterday, Hillary Clinton offered an aid package to Libya (Yeah, the same country we are half-way at war with...)  worth cash and prizes of 11 million dollars.  However, that is only a small part of the story. Since last February, we have given Libya $135 million dollars in aid.  Bear in mind, we have no clue what type of people are going to take power once the political smoke clears in that country.


Veterans and Postal Workers Can Take a Hike

But hey, that's all good, because we are going to be saved by the Republican Party.  Currently, the Republicans in Congress want to make sure that we make up for all of this trite spending and handing out of money all over the world by Hillary and her ilk, by taking jobs away from postal workers and cutting Veteran's benefits.  That's right America, let's take away from our own and hand it out to the rest of the world.  What the heck, $ 135 million to Libya, $100 million to Haiti, $2 billion to Pakistan, and there's always more to go around! (Unless you are a US postal worker or Veteran.)  Currently, the Republican led Congress, is masterminding a complete restructuring of the US Postal system in an effort to find more money to hand out to the rest of the world.  According to reports, a possible 122,000 postal workers may lose their jobs, many of them veterans that have served their country in foreign wars.  Also, they want to "move" veterans retirements over to 401 (K) plans that military retirees won't be able to draw on until the age of 57.

But hey, why should you worry?  We've finally killed Muammar Gaddafi, so crack open a Bud and celebrate. Whassssupp??

Why I Think We Are in the 12th Hour

People in government positions are starting to be laid off in large numbers. As a matter of fact, jobs that normally would seem to be very secure are now getting eliminated. You don't need to look any further than your local post office to see that this is happening. I currently live in Lexington, Kentucky, and they are shutting down one of the main postal plants in town. Currently, the government is going shut down close to 3700 postal units nationwide. In my opinion, this is nothing more than grandstanding by the Republican Party to make it look like they are really trying to fix a problem, which is our national debt and deficit spending. When you start eliminating jobs that are vital to the economy, such as the post office, then it would follow suit that anybody else that has any kind of money coming from federal government is in a lot of trouble as well.

Is This the Beginning of the End for the United States Government?

Recently, to include the postal closings, there have been indicators that the United States government is just about insolvent. For one thing, we almost had a complete shutdown of the federal government because Congress and the Senate could not arrive at a budget proposal deal. Does this sound like a government that has enough money to function? And while we're at it and to add to all of this, recently there has been high-level meetings at the Pentagon and with our elected leaders to put military retirements on the table for approximately $9 billion in reductions. That's right, fighting men overseas that are getting their arms and legs blown off every day or at least have the threat of that, will not be able to get a 20 year retirement and the people that are currently retired are facing some sort of half baked revision. The government wants to give our fighting men and women some sort of weird 401(k) plan that they will not be able to draw on until they reach the age of 57! There has never been a time of my life while I was thoroughly convinced that this government is scrambling for every crazy idea that he can get its hands on to save themselves.

Charity Begins at Home

If you recall, Congress and the Senate decided to hand out bailout money to corporations in an effort to keep them afloat. One of the companies they had money over to was General Motors and that tax money went towards Chinese jobs. Yes, that's right, General Motors sent some of their factories overseas and hired Chinese laborers. So, even the money that the government gave as a bailout, went to foreign countries. Let's not forget all of the foreign countries we just hand money over to anyway. $100 million to Haiti for earthquake relief, over $2 billion what the Pakistan because they had a flood. We literally sent John Kerry and Hillary Clinton the flyover Pakistan to view the devastation. (I wonder how many of our government officials flew over New Orleans after it at a flood.) Over the last 10 years we've handed out $10 million alone to reform Chinese prostitutes. Yes, that's right, we handed over $10 million to reform Chinese prostitutes. I guess you could say, America is trying to buy its friends. Of course, this is not to mention the fact that the United States has a huge trade imbalance with China and we are actually afraid that it will somehow cause a war if we do not meet their demands every month. In my book, that is what you call extortion.

The Jist of the Doomed Republic

It is obvious to anyone that is even slightly aware that something is very wrong with Washington. Here we are, entering what appears to be a depression, (which is nothing more than a prolonged recession) and you have the Republican leadership proposing a new tax system. On the other hand, you have the Democrats that just told us that they had all of these great plans under President Obama to take America to a new height of glory. Well, I'm glad these political parties are working out for us. Of course, Americans have nobody to blame but themselves.


Don't Worry, Herman Cain Will Save Us
One of the reasons that I say this, is because the Democrats and the Republicans are constantly making promises that they can't keep and the American people keep believing them. A good example of this right now is the Republican tax code that Herman Cain is promoting. He is telling the American people that we will get rid of one group of taxes and replace it with another. Now, I don't know if you remember correctly, but the Republican Party said they were going to get rid of Obama care and now that they are in office they are conveniently ignoring that promise. I see and hear nothing in the newspapers or any trade journals that would suggest that the Republican Party is still on track to get rid of and repeal Obama care. Well, it will be the same thing with this new 999 tax plan that Cain is suggesting. What the Republicans will do is create new taxes while not getting rid of the previous ones that they mentioned. Just like Obama care, they will conveniently ignore the fact that they promised to get rid of the other taxes first. As you know, Obama care has created more taxes for the American people while delivering less. Any time a government tells the American people that they are going to be able to revitalize the nation by implementing programs, I would say that is a complete falsehood. It doesn't matter if it is the Democrats or the Republicans.



A Scary Addiction
Michele Bachmann, who was a congresswoman running for president is also a tax lawyer and she was absolutely correct when she said that we will never get rid of those taxes. If anything, Congress is addicted (a term that I believe she used, and she is correct) to sucking up revenue generated by taxes. She even cited a tax from the Mexican-American war that we still pay, because once you implement a tax, you will never, ever get rid of it. Now, I teach political science in a private school, and every year I have told my students the exact same thing. Never allow a politician to talk you into a new tax, because you will never get rid of it. And, while we're at it, those taxes will go up every year. So, considering all of this I felt that it was important that I write this blog and produce my thoughts on these matters.

What's My Slant?
I am not politically motivated by any particular party, and there are different people in both parties that I can agree with and disagree with. In my opinion, most politicians that America has today are very ineffective, self-serving and are hell-bent on seeing a republic dissolved and be replaced by something bigger. I think it is important that the American people know what they are up against and that is a two-party system that is really a one-party system designed to placate Americans and make them think that they have a choice when in reality they do not.

Why I am Writing This Blog
During the course of my writing this blog, I hope to point out obvious examples of the fact that our Federal Republic is being destroyed by the very two parties that claim to be supporting it. America is being destroyed by design and it is not by accident. I will be reporting on this information as I go through my weekly blog posts and I will also be directing you to information that comes straight from the horse's mouth in Washington. If you can't look at the evidence and see that our own government is constantly working against us, then there really isn't any hope for America and we are truly a doomed republic.
